Anvil Coffee Collective, a family-run coffee shop, began in May 2021 when the Rutschmann family had a dream to foster a sense of home and community for both coffee aficionados and coffee newcomers alike. The journey began in Salmon Arm, BC, and 3 exciting years later in May 2024, the Anvil crew were able to bring their dream to Sicamous, BC. The ownership and management team consists of Janis and Ralf, aka Mom and Dad, and sisters Shelby and Destini. From the start, Anvil’s aim has always been to demystify the coffee world, focusing on education and approachability to coffee. They’re committed to ethically sourced products and sustainability, partnering with like-minded BC companies to offer quality coffee and exceptional service.
